    Newbie questions about ip's

I use amerinoc, and i host 2o something sites. They are all on the same virtual account.

Now, if i want them all on different ip's, what's the next step?

Do they even allow you to pay for extra ip's when you are on virtual?

    Thanks!

I am sure they do, but you should ask them as opposed to GFY.

direct admin allows 1 ip per account so you'd need 20 direct admin accounts or a VPS with no control panel.

Actually directadmin is Very configurable and you can have lots of ips on an account ... it can just be confusing at first to figure out

I am sorry, but that is extremely inaccurate. 1 panel per server is all you need.

Amerinoc does allow multiple ip's on a virtual account. They change you over to a reseller account but it's the same price. Just extra for the ip's.

IPs in the same IP class won't make much difference. Which is what you'll likely get from the same host. And the reason you'd want different IPs for each site is so you can link the sites to each other and help with penalization. *But* Google and others datamine whois info as well. So.. Work on that as well as spreading them across different IPs in different IP classes.

that's a completely separate topic old man. of course it's 1 panel per server, no one said it wasn't.

Tell them to turn your shit into a reseller account and you just create more sub-accounts per ip.

Fyi that won't help you one bit with SEO, if that's what you're thinking. Google knows a lot of different sites may be on the same IP and they don't care.

They exception being if you are such a prolific spammer that they manually ban you thousands of spam sites by hand.
