                                                  Ehhh, that's a tough call. I don't think it's noticeable if so for general girls. But it may give the illusion of more girls as you will see more girls walking with customers, as the amount of tourists explodes. However, you will notice fewer fat girls during Ramadan when all the Arabs leave.

                                                  Another thing you may notice is more girls coming from a certain area, such as an influx of girls from Phuket if they are having a longer than usual raining season. But even then, there are just so many girls that you really don't notice more of them. Though, you may notice less girls on the beach if the police are doing sweeps every night.

                                                              The last two days of Songkran in Pattaya are literally a fucking zoo. The main roads are shut down and it's one of the biggest street parties / people shooting water in your face even you'll ever experience. You have not experienced Songkran in Thailand until you've done the last two days in Pattaya. It's madness.

                                                              But do girls go home? A few. But you wouldn't notice. It's jammed packed with people. Lots of drunk girls (more than normal), and overall just a giant wet party.
