i believe he also got tasered in the face at point blank range.

pretty sure i saw that video somewhere else and it had audio. the cop tells the man several times to stay back.. not to step forward any further. theres no way for the cops to know he had dementia.

with that being said obviously there are better ways to handle it than this

The cop turned off the camera. Once this was brought to their attention, they managed to get the video without sound from the hdd in the car.

All charges against the black guy have been dropped.
