yes... technically they can shut down anyone who has not donated to their campaigns, such as Google who happens to be one of Obamas biggest donors... coincidence? I think not.

I would think porn piracy is on the bottom of the totem pole. Why would you take down something that you jack off to everyday? The gov is mostly made up of men and men like free porn!

People can say what they want but if Megaupload can get charged with RICO violations so can Manwin. Many of us have been saying this for the last couple years. You can't tell me there aren't many people who are worried right now. Very worried. It's a great time to go fully legit. Who knows maybe there is an active investigation going on right now of your tube or organization?

They took down megaupload because of the MAINSTREAM piracy. Do you really think ANY political figure would dare ever take on a porn specific pirate website? Of course not. Sure it's theft but it's theft of only porn and trust me when I say, we aren't a priority.

They have to enforce the rights granted under the law and porn is legally copyrightable.

We are copyrighting all of our content. Thats why it is extremely important for every program and copyright owner here to register because then the prosecutions make sense on a financial basis to govs and to lawyers.
