I still think I look hot lol but after everyone is paid back I might be done with the adult business! I have some stuff I have never released and I am making a DVD with it I think and will add some of it to the site but that may be it. You can never tell but it didn't end how I wanted it to that's for sure. I just want to focus on getting people paid back so I sleep good at night that's it.

People make mistakes, that is human, and it is one great grey fuzzy fog of truth that is hard to see through and reconcile, but how those mistakes are reconciled is what makes it clear whether someone is good or bad, trustworthy or not.

Most times the people that pull shady moves in this biz say fuck it and move on to something else so they can fuck every else over all over again. Here you have someone apologizing and promising to make good on ALL OF IT. That is a stand up move and why we are willing to give them a chance.

Would I feel that way if I lost cash previously? Not sure since I am not in that position, but I can say that taking the chance to come out and promise to make good is a good karma move and should be considered as you all jump in to take your whacks at them.

(I bet a few people here didn't even send more than one sign up if any at all and are chirping the loudest... par for the course.)

If I was owed money, and I had written it off, I would welcome this potential windfall.

Of course there is no guarantee of being paid, but there is more chance than there was the day before this thread. There also appears to be a business opportunity for somebody here, seems to me that what this girl needs is some upfront money to pay her house arrears, and somebody to teach her how to market without affiliates...... :2 cents:

You didn't pay attention in history class. We have gone after "bros" with multi-year lawsuits for stealing, so even if it is ONE PENNY then I have an issue with stealing.

You think they've kept track of affiliate referrals and rev shares since they closed shop, will continue the recurring subs now that they posted a thread about paying back?

If I go into a store a take a tv, but give it back in 3 months, do you think the cops will say, "it's cool bro, you brought it back." If I rip your site and post all the videos online for 3 months, will you be cool if I come back and say sorry afterwards?

As long as I have been in biz I have had plenty of no-pays, late-pays, delays, way-laids, and checks in the mail promises... If someone tells me they intend to pay then I give them the benefit of the doubt first. So your analogy is not even accurate or informative; it is just sophistry to try and make your point but it is baseless and misleading. If they say they will pay then what is the harm in giving them the benefit of the doubt?

Give you an example, just so you understand that without having all the facts, you shouldn't accuse them of stealing based on assumptions.

We once had a vendor that was half our total income literally close shop overnight, take all the money, the lists, data, etc. and move to a desert island. Now that was an event that we had zero control over which instantly cash strapped us, but the worse problem was that part of what we should have been paid was also owed to other producers like Dave Cummings.

Now we knew we would never recover a dime, but Dave still expected to be paid. Due to the circumstances we delayed payment, Dave was not happy, but we eventually rebounded and paid him. Were we stealing from him? Never. Was he paid. Yes. Did it take a while to make good and was it a messy pain in the ass to deal with? Yes and yes. Did Dave think we were stealing from him? Probably. Did he realize in the end that we were not. YES.

Don't assume anything. And if someone says sorry and I will pay then what should be asking is "when and how" not saying pretty much only "fuck you". What good is that going to do?

And yes, I do believe it is possible to accurately pay back every penny with a proper audit of their transactions.
