I only just got mine a couple weeks ago and haven't had any problems other than the ones in LA being way more strict on you having to have the letter with you (at first, at least) than the ones in the Bay. Luckily, I carry it.

but on the tele, discovery channels' weed wars program shows that harborside is getting the shaft by the IRS. the taxman rendered their business expenses as non-deductible so now they owe a mil or so. they seem like stand up guys. wonder why are they getting the squeeze?

are they still open? anyone know?

Of all the dispensaries I have visited in the Bay area, Harborside is by far the most legit. They say they are getting screwed by the IRS, but that has not caused their closure.

And the taxman always wants his monies. It is how they got Al Capone.
