Hey, I do have a white label for them you can use but it's a simple version. We are working on one that covers the SEO aspect but no ETA because of little interest and other workload.
Can you find your way around php / html? If so I have a better one I can send you but you'd have to delete a few pages / change as few things to fit a regular website.

I'm sure AW Empire will help you customize. Theirs is already supposed to be Search Engine friendly, with a clean URL structure & Robots.txt etc....
