Anyone use the upsell to another site feature and does it work well? Also do they allow free trials? I've emailed them a few times about that with no reponse.

Yes they do allow free trials. Try calling them.

1) Everyone uses the upsell to another site feature pretty much (if you are talking about cross-sells, they allow both cross-sells on the information page, and a approval page upsell too, I believe).

2) Yes, they offer free trials.

There is a list of avaialbe cross-sell features at
http://www.epochsystems.com/premiumfeatures/ that briefly describes how each one of them works.

Free trials are not allowed as an intial sale but are allowed as a cross sell or upsell.
