Mallick has breached the contract again. We have now sued Mallick in the Court in Los Angeles. We expect to receive a Court verdict before the end of January 2012. I will keep you informed about this.
Please tell all account holders that Mallick has breached the contract to pay again, that he does this on purpose and that we have sued him in the Court in Los Angeles. When we receive the verdict, we can take all of his assets (his personal assets). This is the only way to get your money back from this thief.
I can also inform you that Mallick has sued all of the account holders (including yourself) with the Court in Los Angeles, because he claims that they should have taken all the websites with damaging information about him down. He claims that this is damaging his reputation.
Please inform all the account holders you know about the fraudulent ways of Mallick.
