Hey guys, someone sent me this thread... I'm sorry I couldn't keep ffvb around longer.

FF and VB both upgraded to version 4 at almost the same time which drastically changed things. Then FF really screwed the pooch for extension developers with their "rapid release system" which is why they're now at version 9 but many extensions aren't...

On top of that, family/life stuff took all my time as it was, so a side project that received the occasional donation here and there definitely didn't warrant my attention as much as it had in the past.

As candyflip said, the code is available, feel free to grab it, use it if you want, run with it.. or start your own.

I'd be more than happy to consult/collaborate... I did have some big plans for it but well, those just aren't in the future for me anymore.

I didn't know ffbv was yours. That was the best plugin EVER in the history of plugins. Seriously.

Thank you for whatever time you did keep it going. It made the boards a wonderful place for that brief period of time.
