      If you wanna do really illegal shit, go with DoubleVPN.com or multivpn. Or any other russian vpn, really ;)

      If you just wanna use it to hide your IP, use nVpn or CyberGhost.

              None, but I have a few blackhat mates who told me some shit, and form what I've heard, russian vpn's are the best for doing blackhat stuff.

                  I download a lot of scat content through VPNs because scat is illegal here in France... but not all VPNs have good scat content. What VPN would you recommend?
