I took a screen grab and I don't see any piss hitting the corpses -- looks like they are fakin' it for the camera. The dead were not soldiers in uniform; innocent civilians or dead terrorists? (Or dead freedom fighters -- depends on your POV.)
At any rate, that is probably a military Court-Marshall offense but it is not common nor accepted practice in the US Military.Comment

Why? When you train people to kill without hesitation and remorse and throw them into combat with people killing them and their friends... you can't expect completely civil behavior.
Personally, I would say that unless you know what it is like to hurt or kill people who are trying to hurt or kill you, who have hurt or killed people you care about etc.. then you can't really have an opinion on the matter. Civility and humanity quickly fall by the wayside and ANY person is capable of unspeakable atrocities in the presence of the right circumstances.

You guys are talking about someone pissing on the dead body of an enemy soldier. When you've had someone try to kill you and succeed in killing many of your friends, i'd say that pissing on the dead body of that person is far kinder than anything which should be expected..
