    Damian, email recipient Q....

From one of our stores, next to no customer is receiving the order confirmation causing all kinfds of complaints and missing payments, since they do not receive bank tranfer information either.

Is there a trick, tip, action we could do to make all of our lives easier, fewer frustrated customers and completed payments go up?

We use(d) an SMTP service for sending out email newsletters a while back, they made us add some stuff to our server i think to prevent this stuff. Is there a way to add this 'stuff' for our regular domains/stores?

    Thanks!

    Paul.

Edit: its not an email issue, but a being directed into spamfolders, or not even reaching that folder's issue;-)

Not really sure I understand. Are you using your own server to send the mail?

If so there are lots of things to add, like SPF, domain keys, reverse IP etc. HArd to know what to suggest you do until I know what you *have* done. Also, your IP may be blacklisted.

Feel free to email me at damian AT adultmarketing DOT co DOT uk

Yes, we use our own domain/server since these are autoreply emails from Magento to our clients.

      Sending email.

Have your host check the machine and fix the problem.
