yoyo. what would you say is a decent price per mbit when burning almost 400 mbit, its around 370. We also pay a monthly server maintenance fee of llike 100 or so

A non-bullshit mix of multiple providers (NOT JUST HE and Cogent on cheap ass capped ports that I bought during a promotion), will run approximately $2 - $3/Megabit.
PLUS your server cost and management / addons, etc.
This is your business, at $2-$3 you are still very, very competitive but not scraping the rat house.
Don't risk your business with desperate hosts.
We have 3 datacenter locations across the USA to choose from (or pick all 3, and use GEO-DNS to divert your traffic to the nearest location).... Los Angeles, Dallas, and Miami.
