It's called personalized search if you're logged in to Google. You can switch to global search results if you click the world icon. We're getting to a point where search results will be different for everyone.

Forget finding anything relevant to coding stuff on the first three pages. Apparently the only things G deems valuable enough are forum threads full of people bickering over whether a question is in the right category and no answer.
