          Just because of the wrong fax number you decide which contact info is incorrect? I doubt the guy has got fax. None of my friends has.

          The zip code is wrong as well, though the street exists but that does not mean he lives there.

          I believe the only real info is the first name ..

              Did you DMCA NameCheap?? They will ignore it and send back that it has nothing to do with them as they dont host the actual content, but I always respond to that to suspend the domain and then there is no piracy from the site.

                      Nope... he gives a false fax number, which is grounds of cancelling the domain registration.

                      Namecheap will offer him to change the info, but it could be he ignores or filters email, so basically you have a chance of him losing the domain that way.

                                      Vnet won't remove content...you can send them takedown notices all day but you won't get copyright compliance out of them.

                                      Porn-W is part of the Hornywhores, adultbay, pornlove criminal network. All part of the same group, LiveMedia SK...they even run an imagehost that they use for their pirate uploads. Somebody needs to step up and take them to court.
                                      Is this gonna get ugly, now? Huh? I hope not. Because I thought what we were here, racial differences notwithstanding, was just a couple of old friends. You know, just both of us Californians.

                                                      Pornw is like any torrent site out there, it's a user generated collection of links. It's like sending a DMCA notice to Google because they spidered links that contain copyrighted material.

                                                      The best thing to do is ask politely, or even pay them a small advertising fee to discourage people from posting links to your paysite. I know that sounds absurd, but it's all you can really do. They don't have any legal obligation to comply with DMCA takedown notices, no content is physically on their servers
