          In France most people are confused about all the attention this photo got. A naked guy on the beach is totally normal and acceptable over here, so normal that you normally don't see it and don't pay attention to it. So the person who noticed there was a naked penis on the photo is the real pervert. People seem to forget that we're all naked under our clothes.
