am I the only one experiencing this super annoying issue with CCBILL?

I get quite a few complaints from customers who's unable to login after purchasing a memberhip.. but whenever I try it always works - and when telling the customer so, it also works for them..

My conclusion is that there sometimes is a delay before they add the customer to my site or?

Say who US is.
How long US has been in business.
What US does.
How US differs from the site with the issue.
