Any good books on light and camera?
Can anybody suggest any good books on light and camera in movies? Just starting out in filming and looking to learn as much as I can.

Check out joe mcnally for light. His site is cool, he shows you everything he uses.

There are very few books on film lighting.
The best books are the photographic books "basic photography" for the basics of exposure, lenses etc.. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Basic-Photog...5522614&sr=1-2 "Painting with Light" is an old book but the only one I know of that covers drama film lighting by someone who did it.
