TGPs with multiple index.php pages - GoFuckYourself.com

Hi, happy new year to everybody, with good health, lots of luck andeven lots more money! I have bought a whole lot of TGPs during 2012 from a guy with a network. I will build more during 2012. All these TGPs are on SMART-THUMBS. But I have a question: the TGPs having only 1 index.php page. Soo everytime you hit the domain of the TGPs you have only 1 page. But I would like to know how I can manage to have multiple index.php pages.So every time a surfer hits the domain, he gets a different page with other thumbs. I see a lot of Russian webmasters who do this and I would like to know how this can be done. Thanks!

i think the russians are using streamroator or something

with ST i guess u already know about the template for 2nd face

I know about 2nd face but it has to be on a separate url I think.
Is there an option in STREAMROTATOR to have multiple index.php pages so that the main pages changes all the time?
