Very true. And the media is too busy "reporting" that Ron Paul is "unelectable" and New Gingrich has too much "baggage" (you know...they are reporting ANYTHING except the issues that the candidates have raised) So we the majority of people don't even know this happened.

I really thought Obama was gonna be a bit different. That's why I voted for him. But he's not one bit different.
The only "difference" is that if this was signed while Bush was still president...the media would be reporting this BIG time with grave faces.

Some would say that having Obama in Washington costs a hell of a lot more than the $4 million each vacation costs. Let's see, he increased spending by what, $400 billion per year? So a little over a billion dollars per day. Having him on vacation, away from Washington, for a week saves us about $7 billion, then, if you look at it that way.

The majority of the cost for any president to travel is Air Force 1 which is about $3.2 million for the trip to Hawaii. What would you suggest, he take the Greyhound bus? Are you saying the president with more vacation time than any president in history (BUSH) didnt use AF1? Guess Glenn Becks site, The Blaze, doesnt give a shit about those numbers.

The police can detain you at any time for nearly any reason or no reason at all. I believe they can hold you for 24 hours without charging you, maybe longer. The US military can do that too, being as they have their own military police and CID / NCIS, etc.
