Considering the pace China is importing German manufacturing robots and sending an army of grad students to get PHDs in the US and Europe and the huge volume of manufacturing improvement PATENTS china is racking up, I'd give the Panda State 10 years when they *exceed* western quality standards. China is the future. No joke.

That's what makes America great, "anyone" can simply open a business with any idea and profit from it. Try that in China or Russia because if you did open a profitable business, they'd take it from you and if you were really lucky, they just might let you live too.
