I lost some, just the disruption to my normal eating schedule and I lost a kilo. Still not worried, still a lovely slim youngster.
Did you lose or gain weight over Xmas?

About the same weight after 2 whole turkeys & 2 whole ducks... well, It's nearly all polished off & Natalie ate a third of it
Reason were about the same weight is that we end up screwing it off over bottles of bubbly

I gained - More food - More Alcohol (Yes, even for me, thats actually possible) and less exercise...
So its to be expected. Not worried about it though, it will be gone within a month or so, of the new year

Who said it was a 'few'? I'm talking multiples of 20... My scales are not able to weigh lesser amounts. Remember, what you cant see in that pic, is that I am nearly 6 and half feet tall...
I'm somewhat 'Big Boned'

Why is that? One does not have to be a glutton just because it is Christmas. You do not have to eat candy and cake just because it is Christmas. Yes, you do have to eat pie, but pie is not fattening.
Just have a sensible meal once in a while.
