Anyone else experience this? I don't think I promote them really. It says login not found, but I can use the forgotten password form... But then using the login it sends me, it says login not found...

I'll e-mail their support, but curious if this is normal or if they cancel accounts or something?

Likely that's it. NATS's error for a login that does not work or does not exist is the same as if the password is wrong.
