Netflix tries to auto detect your bandwidth and stream to you accordingly if you have DSL lite or even regular old DSL you wont get a very good stream If you have cable or fios or uverse or whatever (over 3mbps) you should get very good quality on the HD releases...I do.Mike South

Just picked up Netflix since I canceled my cable (fuck comcast) and it looks good to me. SD even looks pretty good.
I did go into my account settings and set the bitrate crap last night though. Not sure if it changed much here.Your Paysite Partner

Then your router must have issues. As stated above, the only time I have ever encountered issues was in IN when goodgirl had to router too far away from the TV.

Lucky for me I do not have a cap on my 20mbps cable package with my ISP/Cable TV/Phone provider. Of course, if I was to go with the 40mbps or 100mbps package there would be a cap. Anyone with Bell for DSL or Rogers is capped no matter which package they get with them. I'm with East Link (http://www.eastlink.ca)Originally posted by MrBottomToothWhat country are you in? I know in Canada at one point they had cut down the bit rate of the stream by almost 2 thirds because of the bandwidth caps that went into effect earlier in the year.ICQ: 16544251 - Skype: gator37 @ eastlink.ca - email: yngwie @ isys.caComment
