    Hiring cam / studio guru

    HOLA AND HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

    I have a new webcam site that is complete and ready to go and now i am looking to hire someone to help get it off the ground in the right way.

    I have a number of important resources in place such as development/support/affiliate contacts and need someone with experience running a cam site to help bring it all together. Now that the site is complete , I need help getting studios/independent models online , affiliate marketing, traffic buys and internal traffic campaigns.
    Also actually have new girls signing up pretty regularly which is definitely a good thing!

    I personally know a lot about these areas but will surely break it up to effectively manage it. I dont have pipe dreams about it happening overnight and am prepared for the long term.

    Ideally looking for someone that has experience in all/most aspects of running a cam site.

                                          Seriously, I'm not being a "hater" when I say this. You better have a LARGE amount of capital (7 figs) and extremely talented people around you to pull off a highly successful cam site.

                                              I just finished building a fairly expensive website and looking for talented people to compliment my own talents & existing resources.

                                                                              Just a note, finding people who have experience in run a cam site (and I mean not those who launched a cam site who failed, that's proof they can't do it) it is not easy, because if they know how to run a cam site, they are still running a cam site so not available

                                                                                  I had people telling me the same thing.. sure if you're just going to buy traffic and have no other sources coming in ie. social media, or other X-factor secret weapons.

                                                                                  Start small.. grow it.. add girls and traffic as you go..no need to go big right out of the gate.. so much show and presentation often goes wasted.. I'm lining up alt traffic and customers from other sources.. not just traffic buys. Its not always about having the deepest pockets, but nowadays it helps.
