    I need someone to build a tube for me. Design + script + all.
    Somebody with exp who already did this before.

                                              HostedTube.com is an excellent free option for monetizing domains you aren't already developing. If you are looking to go low cost, I'd highly recommend it and I already have sites of my own using it. It took me 10 minutes to create a nice looking fully functional hosted tube with it.
