I looked on Chameleonsubmitters forum...last post was in may. So i guess it's pretty much dead?

I also do use Chameleon Submitter with success, and they are active. However their database is just somehow up to date, it contains live sites - BUT sites, whiches are not updated from last sept or oct. However you can get decent traffic from that.
If you need any help with Chameleon Submitter or TGP submit, just contact me so I can direct you to a good direction
