Of course I can just ask support, but from this list what would you suggest. I would prefer something that is established.

I'm Looking at the following:
iContact, Benchmark Email, Constant Contact, Pinpointe, GetResponse, Mailigen,Vertical Response, Mad Mimi, GraphicMail, Campaigner.

AFAIK none of them allow adult.
