Best hosting company for Virtual plans?

    Best hosting company for Virtual plans?

    Looking for some good virtual plans,

    got some projects that do not quite need dedicated.

    I like Webair's virtual plans, but I do not like Webair (even though Gerard is helpful).

    Want someone reputable and reliable,

    any ideas?

    Also want the ability to buy unique ip's.

              Amerinoc is a company of real pros. I'm surprised they offer a $1/ virtual plan. We use it for non-profit I work with, even though we have a rack of our own servers.

                              At this point,

                              I'm leaning towards Amerinoc.

                              I really liked Webair's virtual plans in the past, but their tech and support just wasn't for me even though Gerard saved the day a few times.

                              Not looking for a hugely expensive plan, just something that loads very fast and is ultra reliable with the ability to buy unique ip's for around a buck and an easy admin.

                                      Upgrade to Webair's VPS you will never look back. I know they only offer ticket support on virtual, probably because they have thousands of them, VPS plans has full support. I'm using their cloud, and load balanced dedicated now and couldn't be happier.

                                                  I used to have Virtual with them (webair), loved it.

                                                  Then I purchased a Dedicated, it worked well too, but was too much for my needs.

                                                  When I decided to downgrade back to Virtual, they gave me hell of shit, talking surcharge this and that.. this was after a year of not using the Dedicated.

                                                  I wanted to cancel, and it was a huge ordeal. They insisted that instead of cancelling they would downsize this and charge me less blah blah.

                                                  In the end, I had to change cards to prevent the charges. All for the cost of doing business with them.

                                                  I just want to add, that Gerard was super nice and really helpful. The tech guys were mean as shit, and the customer rep's took forever.. I had sites down for 3 days.

                                                          How is this good? There's MANY hosting companies that offer AMAZING support for their virtual accounts, the company that I have 8 virtual accounts with now always responds to ticket within 2 minutes or 3 minutes max for just medium priority tickets and have phone support as well. I spend more on several virtual accounts then a lot of these $20 VPS plans. Having "thousands" of virtual accounts shouldn't matter.

                                                                              I have a small webair virtual account and I never had any problems with support. Yes, i have had problems with the sites but they get it fixed asap from my experience. I also have an account at Amerinoc and they are good too.

He's gone out of his way a few times to solve problems for me just as soon as I contacted him (above and beyond the call of duty). More importantly, it just seemed like he actually cared. Even though I was a small webmaster back then, he treated me like a big account.

                                                                                                                  As long as Gerard is there, I have no worries. I'm not saying this just to wax Webair's boat and reciprocate his generosity.. I'm saying it because I have dealt with a lot of people in this industry, and Gerard always stood out as a real pleasure to deal with regardless of hosting.

                                                                                                                  I had outstanding debt with Webair because of what happened, he didn't even mention it. Just sent me a nice e-mail welcoming me back anytime with no worries and gave me a killer plan, of which I would be an idiot to refuse.

                                                                                                                  It was good business indeed.
