Stay AWAY from GLOBOSALE!

I got booted from GLOBOSALE.NET for posting this: http://www.gofuckyourself.com/showth...threadid=83176

In this board, i got this mail from the scumbag owner of globosale.net:
------------------------------------------------
Our email discussion was not meant to be posted on a webmaster board!
That's definitively not the way we're working and you violated our terms and conditions.
Therefore your account is suspended effective immediately!

In the meaning of the board you posted our discussion: go fuck yourself!

Regards,
Roli
globoSALE.net
-----------------------------------------------

And i answered this:

-----------------------------------------------
What kind of asshole is capable of doing this?

You never told me it was confidential information, as for the lowest courtesy rule, if you want something to be kept reserved, you ask for it.

How good and profesional is this company of yours eh, nowhere in the agreement says anything about this, now you are a temperamental asshole, cocksucker, and you suspend my puny account?, shove it to your ass!

I'll let the whole webmasters communitty know how you have behaved, will post this over an over with a thread named STAY AWAY FROM GLOBOSALE and will post this conversation and you'll see how fun can it be, and will email the few customers you have with this information and will give them the billing company options i have for them to see.

Now, as for my money, are you going to pay me or do i have so sue you?, i've sent your fucking agreement via fedex and should arrive shortly

One of my worst decisions was to make bussines with the only company in the whole internet that makes rebills optional, now i see that mother nature was not very generous with you when it was about your IQ quota assignment

Bastard.
-----------------------------------------------

CAN YOU BELIEVE IT?

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCUMBAGS!

Did you ask him if you could repeat your conversation or publically quote him?

If you posted my emails or ICQ captures here I would be pissed as well.

Just cool the cuban heels.

Maybe we should all take it upon ourselfes to help old el out, what do you all think? I figure we could put the pricks out of business. I mean what kind of company keeps this kind of thing secret?

Oh wait, they all did. I have been reading and reading and if you read enough you will soon see that all C.C. processors have been aware of this Visa / MC thing for months now. Why wait and give us a fews weeks notice to get ready for this? In my opinion they should all go to hell - thank God I use AVS and don't run any paysites or would really be pissed off about the whole secrecy thing. What a crock of shit if you ask me.

El Demonio

I emailed Roli asking him if rumours I heard regarding rebills being dissallowed by visa were true. His Response was.

-----
Hi,

I just found a discussion board this was posted on.
This webmaster violated our terms and conditions and therefore his
account was suspended effective immediately. This email discussion was
not meant to be posted somewhere.

To clarify the situation:
It's the truth what I said but we all know that cc companies are not
very fast in introducing new security standards. Therefore we don't know
when this will come and if it will come at all.
Of course we do everything possible to prevent this or to find a way how
we can offer recurring billings in the future.

Thank you!

Regards,
Roli
globoSALE.net

BTW: Don't post this ;-)

-------------------------------------------

I hope I did not have something to do inadvertently with you getting suspended. I did not mention any names nor did I know it was privledged info or I would not have asked about the situation. other people in the previous thread said they were inquiring as well.

My response to him was (in an effort to get him to back off)

---------------------------------------------

Hi Roli,

I think you should let him slide on this one. It should have no adverse
effect on your business as we still need somewhere to process until these regs come into place. This
type of info even if it is speculative should be made public. Ibill, ccbill and epoch really screwed us all
by letting us know at the very last minute... I viewed
your site and am interested in possibly processing my new transactions/new sites with you. Ironically, if it was not for
that post I probably would not have even came upon your service. One reason Id switch is you seem up
front with your clients unlike the three stooges. anyway I am bringing up three new sites shortly and refuse to give
Ibill any more of my business so I will be intouch.

thanks,

---------------------------------

unfortunatly it didn't seem to work... sorry.. I have no intention of switching but I hoped it would help.

I would be pissed if PRIVATE conversations were shared. This conversation didn't seem private.

But that's besides the point, you don't fucking cancel accounts and issue chargebacks because you're a little spoiled brat like this Roli seems to be. What a fuck nut.

Like I mentioned in the other thread http://www.gofuckyourself.com/newrep...postid=1006198
they all knew and did nothing. Although I commend this company to advise of these MAJOR changes that they have been advised about, I can't see why he's cutting El Demonio off. He (El Demonio) knows the rest of you will get this info perhaps....ah....4-6 months later from your current processors, so he's giving you info that was given to him from his processor.

Even if it doesn't directly affect us, as we don't have paysites - THIS WILL AFFECT THE ENTIRE INDUSTRY & quite frankly, I'm happy I know ahead of time rather than being faced with the situation of having a rope around my neck and the chair is slipping from under me.

Roli, if you read this, quite frankly, the fact that you are advising ahead of time shows that your company *cares* but cutting El Demonio off, when you didn't advise him this was a *secret* (which now everyone can imagine that it was a conspiracy to keep this vital information from your customers when you *all the processors* knew it was going to impact the industry). I think you can save face by making a public announcement of what you see happening in the future AND reinstating El Demonio's account.
He repeated what you wrote, if you let the cat out of the bag - we thank you for it, but don't penalize him for what was initially your error.

"Anyone knows some Russian mafia website?"

Let me know what you want
I have nice friends

But let me say that this kind of thing is not worth of it. Just don't post private emails accross boards. Anyway, there was nothing confidential, so the reaction from Globo was quite strange. Shit happens. Sadly, the information about recurring is REAL and it's going to happen. The next year will be REALLY interesting year. The first time I'm happy to live in Europe...

Good luck&fuck for everyone!

Thanks everybody for the support!

This Roli gay dog fetus never told me to don't tell anyone, i got this for making this public and try to help comrades.

Thanks for posting this in other boards, let's spread the word about how globosale treats Webmasters and how it is a mine field for every one.

And BTW: this assholes DOESN'T make the rebills mandatory!, look this:
-------------------------------------------------
Roli,

Is there any way to remove the option in the rebill selection?, this is, make the rebill mandatory, not an option.

This is extremely important in this times, since we are going to loose a LOT of rebills due this VISA regulations, we are looking for a method to recover fast from this blow, and this certainly will not help.

If there's no way, i think i would have to leave my account inactive, hope you understand
------------------------------------------------
And he said:
------------------------------------------------
No, we're not allowed to do this by the credit card companies.
Since we offer the full choice to the customers our chargeback rate is nearly zero.
And we're not interested in losing our merchant accounts!
If you do not agree to our philosophy we can't doing business together.
Please let me know what you'd like to do.
Most webmasters agree to our philosophy and make positive experiences.
I really don't know why this disturbs you so much.
If you try to fool your customers we better don't work together.
I hope you can agree to our philosophy too.

Regards,
Roli

Well I guess that cancels Globosale off the list of possible alternate processors.

So far the most professional processors outside the big 3 I've found are:

globill

probilling

AC Pay

All the others I've seen kind of look like "Bob's billing services", for example Globosale.

I don't know if it was meant to be private or not - all I know (assuming it is true) is it is another person to add to my black list.

This is about as unprofessional as you can get.

People that run webmaster programs should be MORE professional.

It just amazes me someone thinks they can do this without any backlash.

Make sure you post to EVERY webmaster board out there.

It is amazing how many people you can decide NOT to do business with - just by reading this board.

I read AC Pays stuff, I crossed them off my list because my members will be joining AC PAY's website not mine.

I don't like that. I know they are trustworthy, been around a long long time etc etc.

I think that was the reason I didn't sign up with them

So far on my list is

Verotel
Globill

Jesus, this list is getting shorter on a daily basis.

We are not going to apply for a high risk merchant account until after November. I am still a bit tip toeing around a merchant account. It's not cheap (neither are the new billing solutions)
the risk is high (Loose Merchant account your screwed) Huge freaking fees if you go over certain chargeback.
You are still liable for yearly fees etc etc etc

I had a long talk with the banks netbilling referred me too, they sound really upswing and nice.

I am still nervous about it.

How can people be so stupid. Did Globosale think this would not get posted 2 the boards.. Stupid.. Stupid.. Stupid.. Some people have ZERO ideal of how to treat customer's.. This should be brought up at least once a month, so not even a Newbie use's these people.

I actually found Roli to be very professional when I talked to him on signup.

Now lets take a step back and see what happened here. He sends out an email to you El stating on what to come in the future. You post this here which is nice for us but if you read the reactions of the post you have to think like Globosale to understand. CCBill was mentioned in that mail and CCBill responded with that they never even heard of them. Now globosale is a european establiched biller and lets speculate a little. CCBill looks for a presence in Europe to keep the European webmasters. It would be much easier to cooperate with an existing biller than establish a new merchant bank. No those 2 companies are discussing such a thing and noy your post comes into play. CCBill sure as hell would be very pissed at the leak and would tell globosale that they would not do business when such thinks face surface.

If I would be Globosale I would be pissed at you for stopping such a business opportunity and might overreact.

Now thats speculation purely but it leads to some very interesting things.

First of all it means this change is coming in the future probably by the end of next year. This reaction simply makes the info much more credited.

This leads to that at least CCBill is not telling us the truth and the other billers should be aware as well.

if they're refunding all your customers, get a lawyer.

I think that was the reason I didn't sign up with them

So far on my list is

Verotel
Globill

With ANY third party processor, the customer is not yours. AC Pay just happens to be more up front about it. Ever try moving your members from one processor to another?

I've heard some questionable things about Verotel. About excessive chargebacks, cancelling accounts without notice etc.. And on their affiliate program, they only allow 50%, no incentives or anything.
