I know your pain bro, I go to court in 5 days....... I am buying a valentine 1 radar detector, best on the market but not cheap, just need to figure out how to get it across the border

as soon as you think they detected you, you are suppose to UNPLUG YOUR FUCKING UNIT AND HIDE IT on you..... they cant search YOU

They told me that they knew I had one and I had two choices - either hand it over of they search until they found it.

I was on my way to shoot a porn for my site and my corvette was full of lights, cameras and video tape - didn't want to have to explain everything.

I know what ya mean, they are mostly full of shit though.... I hear if you keep like a box in your car with a slip on it like its going to get mailed, you can throw it in there and tape it up and they cant open it..... I dunno i have heard tons of stories... lucky you didnt have to go to court!

Hey! I got a Valentine 1. Kicks fucking ass. Never had a problem bringing it up to Canada. Mind you, I live in Alberta.

Alberta eh -- its one of only two provinces where a radar detector is legal (the other is BC).

I think that is the only way Valentine will ship to Canada - to an address in B.C. or Alberta. You can't get them in stores here, you can only order them online.

Or, buy one from ebay. ;)
