Is the the new term or just a trend?

Personally I like it, scripts always confused new hosting customers APPs for whatever reason people get.

I view a script as code and an app as something with an interface.

I view it all as crazy.

A script is something you read for a movie part and a app(application) is something
you put on your skin to cure something unless you are "applying" for a job.
