A document originating from Halliburton subsidiary KBR that provides details on a push to outfit FEMA and U.S. Army camps around the United States. Entitled ?Project Overview and Anticipated Project Requirements,? the document describes services KBR is looking to farm out to subcontractors. The document was passed on to us by a state government employee who wishes to remain anonymous for obvious reasons.

Only thing that looks strange to me is:

Temporary Fencing and Barricade
Approximately 2,300LF for a 301 person camp after 36 hours of NTP
Approximately 3,600LF for 1,000 person camp after 72 hours of NT

Wrong. First of all, it's spelled 'martial'. Not being a dick but if you can't even spell the word you're probably not qualified to discuss a subject this complicated.

Second, the U.S. has been declared to be a state of emergency for decades and under Emergency Powers the government doesn't have to run a damn thing past Congress.

Don't get me wrong, I like a lot of your posts but you are so misinformed about this subject it's not even funny. As to the validity of the article linked to, it doesn't even matter.

Just spend an hour or two reading up on FEMA documents and it will turn your hair white.
