There is a lot more to successful delivery (or inboxing TLD's) than rotating IP's.

    Should You Email Your Members?

Do you have anything to share about that? Like some tutorials on it?

would create various sub domains, of the root domain with each its own ip?

as long as the server has added the ips.

but most likely if your domain is listed on spamhaus, the rest of your ip block will be too.

Different domains and IP's in one WHM only.

Are the IP's in the same subnet ? Do you have appropriate SPF records ? How about DKIM Signing ?

When you are mailing, there are issues that are either IP and/or domain related.

There are domain related issues, typically referred to as DBL's. These are domain name related only. You can solve this easily enough by switching out the domain(s) you are mailing on as it 'typically' does not effect your IP space (i.e. BL). Remember to update your RDNS! Sometimes you need to let the IP space cool off 2-7 days and you can use it again with the new domains.

Note: You would want to use AGED domains. By that I mean, more than 30 days old, not freshly registered yesterday. Otherwise, you show up on SpamEatingMonkey and can run into the same problem all over again. Additionally, do not use garbage HGFK.INFO domains as an example.

You should also be setting up RDNS properly, otherwise you will risk being blocked/junk boxed by certain TLD's. This is assuming you are not Cloudmarked coming out of the gate. Which you obviously would like to avoid.

You also want to make sure you are following CAN-SPAM laws. This includes proper opt-in/opt-out rules or formatting, and listing your DBA(s). If you are mailing anything porn related, make sure you have a clear understanding of Michigan/Utah laws in this regard and can verify the age of all your mailing list. At least in regards to those from MI/UT. Or remove them all together and forego the grief.

Lastly, whether you are using your own membership list, blog newsletters, or whatever I would recommend you still run your data through a scrubber service to clear out any bogus/old/duplicate emails, traps, and what not. Clear out hard and soft bounces. Depending on how legal your list source is, you may only need to do this on rare occasion. But it helps to clean out the bullshit. The price on such things vary, but can help eliminate the madness. You want to have as clean a list/data as possible to get your openers and clickers.

While the assumption is that most here are using old membership lists, social networking sites, blog or clip store mailing lists what not that are double opt-in and CAN-SPAM compliant. You still want to do your due diligence to make sure you are not burning up your IP space, domains, among various other factors that effect your deliver-ability.

Another good bit of advice is don't use a pirate copy of Interspire Email Marketer, unless you want to send your list to the person who has coded in back doors into a "nulled" copy.
