JWPlayer + adtonomy text and video plugins on NATS 4.1

Hi there I'm looking to integrate JWPlayer + adtonomy text and video plugins as embed player in the templates of the embed adtools in NATS 4.1 and it looks like I have to create extra templates for the xml configuration files each plugin needs to dynamically generate those with the right configuration per site, per affiliate like: affiliate URL codes, ad titles, descriptions, video ad url, link texts, etc

Any one has experience with this?? I'm willing to pay to get this job done

Without the flas using just swfs is very limited. Not sure if that is the case with jwplayer.

I'm available to integrate anything you need but only with my Flash player (see sig)
I haven't done adtonomy yet so it would be a nice thing for me. (ie. Cheap!)

I coded my player from scratch so there is nothing I don't know about it.
I support Lighttpd and rtmp (available from me, not from free download).
New player skin on request.
