The 80's were great for shitty B horror flicks:

                                  Killer Klowns from Outer Space
Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2(The first one is actually pretty fucking creepy)
                                  Chopping Mall
                                  C.H.U.D
                                  Toxic Avenger
                                  Children of the Corn
Creepshow.............too many to list them all.

As far as the genuinely good movies of the 80's, you've probably seen them all already:

                                  Raging Bull
Born on the Fourth of July
                                  Full Metal Jacket
                                  Do the Right Thing
                                  Bad Lieutenant

                                  The other one's listed already.
