I had once mirrored site to three different domains,i changed immediately all content on my site because it kicked site out of serps temporally due that.I didn't pursued offender because he was from russia.

Just sent a DMCA to Google, however do I need to list every page and post URL in my complaint or is just the site URL sufficient to get them all delisted?

Write to both google and yahoo. Go to google forums and post the site and ask for a google employee to take care of the issue. You may think it won't work but it will.

Yahoo I wrote to one time, from recollection I had to be signed in to use the contact us form but I got a response to my enquiry in a couple of days.

I bet they will just blacklist the other site and won't be an issue for you.

Also, contact the host of the site and tell them to remove. Good luck.

I'm not sure if it was my direct emails, Google's quick handling of my DMCA request, or the actions taken by program owners/administrators on my behalf, but it appears as if they have removed the infringing material - every page now returns a 403 error.

I don't know but can only guess that since I use analytics and thus already have an account with them that it was pretty clear that my content was the original. The infringing site was just registered last week, after all.
