    New Guy....Launching a Jersey Themed Exclusive content site

    Hi everyone I'm new around here and new to the Adult Site business in general.

    I'm here to learn a lot and hopefully make some quality contacts in the industry.

    Myself and a partner have an exclusive content Jersey themed site 95% ready to launch. We are putting the finale touches on it now, but we have a few important issues left to address.

    I am still trying to wrap my head around the affiliate world, I posted a question in the QnA section....but i see it gets very little traffic. If anyone cares to offer some advice on this question or anything else, it would be appreciated.

                              New Jersey themed porn? That's a pretty narrow focus, he he. I grew up in both New Jersey and New York state and used to shoot a lot of porn in the Tri-State area back in the 1990's. Everywhere from strip clubs in North Jersey to the Jersey Shore to Manhattan to the Hamptons, Staten Island, upstate NY and a million other locations. I had a pro-am VHS/DVD series called "East Coast Sluts" that was a lot of fun and used to shoot many of my feature oriented movies including many volumes of the long running "Strap-On Sally" series in New Jersey. Nowadays I still seem to have a plethora of slutty new porn chicks from New Jersey shooting for me down in South Florida.

                                      Haha well "Jersey Themed" is just a rough way of describing what the site will be. I'll explain a little more. We plan to introduce 1 new model, per month to the site. Ideally a brand new girl to the scene. All exclusive content shot within my specific criteria. The updates will include HD videos and photos. The content will have a natural feel....nothing like ive really seen offered on the web before. I want people to fall in love with the girls on my site and feel good about jerking it to them everyday.

                                      Plethora of slutty new porn chicks sounds great! Maybe we can work together in the future.

                                                              Did I say it would be hard to get affiliates? I am more concerened with implimenting the capability at this stage.

                                                                                                                                                                              I feel like we can generate enough organic traffic to be profitable without any affiliates.

                                                                                                                                                                              Although, we do intend to cherry pick some affiliates. And we already have some contacts who have been in the internet scene since the Anderson video days.

Makes no sense to open new sites in this environment. The better the site the more the chances of it getting ripped. If you're hoping you will have different results than others that have been doing this for years just know you are in for a huge battle. And it's you vs 100000 pirates.
