While I'm not the type who condones porn piracy, did it cross anyone's mind to just download all his content and upload it to all "user submitted" tube sites. That's one way to get his attention or at the very least, get some measure of revenge if you are not getting your money. Again, not advocating it but if an affiliate screwed me, and all attempts to get paid failed, you can believe that scammer affiliate's content is going to be hitting the tubes
