How do you get in touch with the CEO or the Bosses?
So from time to time it happens that in order to take care of an issue or discussing a brilliant biz idea as an affiliate you feel the need to talk to the CEO or the main person in charge, trying to talk to the people listed as support as pleasant as it is, doesn't seem to work for me really, but how do you find who is the owner or CEO of a program/Production company etc? this data is not public and the Support staff are reluctant to put you in touch directly. any brilliant ideas or this is just stupid question to even ask?!

I write the CEO of eBay all the time and he personally replies. I do a fair amount of biz with them though.
Look up who us in charge and then do a search for their email. -

There are several ways:
#1. Reach out to the contact that you do have, ask them who is the CEO/COO/Director/MP/etc .... then send your contact an email, requesting it be forward to _______________, and that the subject matter to be discuseed is "Private & Confidential"
#2. Spend time and money networking at the b2b shows and building relationships with veterans on the industry and key personel of the company you're interested in.
#3. Look for PRs from the company you are targeting. Very often they quote something from Person at Key Postion of Company XYZ.
#4. File and Serve them a Civil Complaint and dont forget to name the unknown Defendants as John Does 1-100, and see who responds.

Not likely, just because 99% of the time it's a waste for them to talk to someone that can't figure out how to contact them and so they don't make that info public where every Tom, Dick and Harry can bug them all day.
There are exceptions that like all input and usually if idea is good enough it will make it up the chain if you start lower.

Find out their home address. take pictures of family and kids. send letter with what you are wanting along with family and kids. you will get what you want

As CEO of a Fortune 500 company my doors are always open to new ideas and customer input.
My secondary mail is published on the corporate website which is filtered by my assistant.Comment
