Follow up messages or emails are not being replied to.
I'm not trying to be an asshole or anything, I just can't figure out any other ways of contacting them. And the reason for contacting is that my account got banned for some unknown reason with a message "please contact your rep". OK, so that's what I'm trying to do.
My account was deactivated a few times before, every time this happened I just contacted Nancy and she'd activate it again. She didn't know what the reason of account being deactivated was, though. I don't think I've violated Terms of Service or anything.
All this started happening after Shap sold Twistys. Everything was perfectly fine before. So I don't know...
