Thinking about buying it for a tube...what would you guys say I should pay for it, and is it even worth buying while going for a "top level" premium domain?

not exactly a niche domain. Depends on your plans I suppose.
I own several "non niche" domains and they pretty much suck for conversion.

Same applies to the stupid ass name "Facebook". Talk about dumb ass domain names but they are worth millions. It's all what you make of it.

why does it matter what the domain is for any site? unless its a single word or exact match phrase, its irrelevant in my opinion what the domain is.

Hmmm. Let's consider one of the biggest deals, Porn.com which sold for $10 million to PimpRoll. How did that sale turn out for the buyer? Was it wasted money or did it create one of the biggest destinations on the internet?

The domain is not that important. Only if it's a real good domain like porn.com sex.com fuck.com, but for a tube you can just buy any domain instead of buying some expensive domain. Use the money instead to buy a good script, nice design and buying traffic.

Yup, I guess I've realized this up to now. Where are the best places to buy traffic? I've been looking at some "tube galleries" (if thats what they're called)...but what are the ones with the most traffic?

Of course there are exceptions to the rule but for every one good domain sold there are probably 3,000 overpriced shitty domain sales.

I have much more success on blogs with good keyword domains than just whateverfuck.com whatever people think, It will help having a good keyword domain.

This is ofc dependent on what you are going to do. If for a general tube site you can pretty much choose whatever unless you find a nice short brandable one. Better to spend money on scripts, design and traffic.

Everything is good under 10 letters and if you know how to seo it.
Helps though to have at least a keyword in it that your aiming for.
Xfuck is pretty good imo and could be developed even as a niche site.
