The show schedules are a bit challenging for January so I'm curious if people are picking Vegas vs LA, LA vs Vegas, both or neither?

Scheduling is terrible. They forcing us to make choice. Should have been back to back. So us from the east coast forced to pick 1. Vegas or LA.. I would think most people would pick Vegas. There is also people there from affiliate summit and avn show. And, it's Vegas and my once a year FIX.

Like I said the timing is challenging. Here are the show dates:

1/8-10 - Affiliate Summit
1/9-11 - Xbiz LA
1/10-13 - CES
1/15-17 - Internext
1/18-21 - AEE

For people living on the west coast who want to attend multiple shows it's not a big deal but if you live on East Coast, EU or parts further it's not easy so I figured people are making a choice and I'm curious what it is for GFYers

Just never had as good of a time at the LA shows... Half the attendees are locals but because no one lives near the show hotel it's always hard to even find people.

I guess X-Biz wanted to tap into the Affiliate Summit taking place in LA, but other than that, I do not think it was a wise move to put their show so close to AVN's annual big show.

Well, I AM biased, but that doesn't change the fact that while Vegas is always fun, XBIZ LA is a better show and investment for decision makers and stakeholders in 2012

If your business is making more money today than you can spend, then go to Vegas and piss it away at the tables, but if you want to be on the cutting edge of adult, then it's XBIZ LA

Why does everyone say this? You don't have to drink like an idiot every hour of every day you're here. Take a day or two off. A spa day can do wonders on a week long Vegas trip.

I was kind of kidding, but personally I never sleep well in Vegas man...even if I do not drink at all. There is just always a ton going on...especially during these January visits and the days end up running way long.
