Enlightened, on HBO is pretty good once you get past the feminist self-help bullshit and realize it's actually a parody of new age spirituality in a way, I guess? I'm still trying to figure out whether it's supposed to be mocking that type of stuff or not.

Especially since now, other than establishment shots, the show is filmed in Long Beach, just like CSI: Miami. Its always so obvious when they apply the color filters to try and get the ocean to look right.

It has a fantastic cast including John Goodman, Steve Zahn, David Morse and a couple of the key actors from The Wire.

It's one of the most well written shows since The Wire, if you like David Simons work you will not be disappointed :thumbsup

Out of those that are in a running season right now I'd say Sons of Anarchy tight followed by Boardwalk and Homeland.

American Horror Story and Terra Nova are the ONLY two shows from this newest season that have gotten my attention. Haven't seen ANYTHING else worth watching.
