Both sides do seem pretty clear from the logs posted above.
1) Client asks you to review a site, offer information as to a potential traffic buy
2) You Steal said design, populate it with your own ads and start campaign across it
3) you get caught, don't deny it, however remove the site immediately, to remove proof.

Mark, I don't really care if you listen or not but you claim altered logs whenever someone posts them in regards to a dispute with you. Nobody that is reading this conversation will ever buy that the logs were altered because you say so. Of course you could just be playing semantics and mean that he took out a lot of the unnecessary stuff, but that would be equally stupid.
I know the bro club was strong long ago and I also know that happy clients will usually ignore others that are pissed at you but 2011 is a lot different than 1999 - 2008. Saying "LOL they are lying" when multiple respected people accuse you of something is not going to save your reputation at this point. I hope your savings account is filled to the brim.

Happened to me recently too, with a sponsor. Thought we were cool, few weeks later he copied one of my big money making sites thinking all it took was a carbon copy to be me. Found out the hard way you can't be me. I was probably his only converting affiliate and I moved on.
He copied the domain and all that too lol.

You were right about one thing in the other thread though Mark, I am just an "idiot" that never would have used your services anyhow. I've been honing my bullshit detector for decades and I smelled yours from miles away the first time I read about your offerings. I find great pleasure in seeing how this unfolded in the last several years. I once bought some test traffic from GTS.
The response was appalling so I checked a few of the referring sites.
What I found was truly shocking. I complained to GTS who blamed rogue publishers. They squirmed for a couple of weeks, but I eventually got a refund when I threatened to publish my experience on the boards and chargeback the payment on the company card.

He's done the same thing for almost 10 years now. He bullied Nysus out of some sort of deal and when called on it, he and his boys at the time all ganged up on Matt, dragging him and his personal problems through the mud...right here on the board.
