I would guess option 2 would be better unless you're a multi millionaire. when you have clubs like privilage with a capicity of 12,000 people and around £35/$55 entrance fee, and a small bottle of water at $8-$10 it's VERY BIG business. That's if you could find anywhere to buy which is unlikely. Then there would be major bribes to get a licence and paying off the local mafia (if they let you setup in competition that is).

You could take an established club night to ibiza and put a night on in someone elses club, but even with that you would have to guarantee 1000's through the door, and have a well known repuation in clubland and would also have to give a massive deposit to the club owner.

Your second option would certainly be possible though i would think. lot's of hot babes!
