Thanks, this is helpful. This holiday season I plan on only eating baked goods that are up to military spec.

I'm teaching the wife to be an entrepreneur. She's baking Pumpin rolls and selling them for $10 each where she works!
It's priceless to see her when she sells a couple. She hasn't figured out that with time and materials she's probably losing money but it keeps her from sitting on her ass too! :-)
