    Porn email promotion

    I want to collect emails and ping my list with adult dating offers. This is going to be adult traffic so the bigger emailing companies like aweber are not going to allow my content.

    I need to stay canspam compliant so I need something legit ... anyone have some ideas?

      Providing you make it an 'opt-in' system AND use something to clean our your bounced emails then you should be ok. We use https://inboxresponse.com/ to prune the database of bounced/dead emails. Works fine for us and we put through about 250,00 once or twice a month

      Also, if you get any of these spam filter veritifcations (to prove your human) make sure you do them quickly as thats another way you can end up on the spam blacklists

              We host a few non-adult lists and our experience has been the same - if you're careful to be responsible about it, you shouldn't have trouble. Never mind CAN-SPAM, that law is so weak as to be a joke. Treat your customers like valued customers. Double opt-in, prune bad addresses, easy unsubscribe and try to send something your customers will want to receive.

                      You need to be CAN-SPAM compliant unless you want your shit terminated from Haus.

                      If you are sending PORN, make sure you properly label it in the headers. Additionally, bone up on the laws in regards to Utah and Michigan for porn related emails. If you can prune those states out completely, plan accordingly and eliminate the grief.

                              Send dating traffic to a landing page

                              optimise that page to get the most opt ins

                              send them offers 2 or 3 times a week hoping that I can get the most out of the traffic.

                              I will not be sending porn, just linking to pimpmansion (see my sig) and fling.com

                              I have spoken to aweber and they will not allow adult promotion. I guess when I said porn, that wasnt what I meant.
