I have some traffic but can't seem to convert it more frequently. I'm looking for someone with more experience than me which won't be too hard. Black niche,asian,teen,amateur. anyone??

I think it's kinda strange that my traffic sucks considering it is 90% US and 90% google, First or second pages out of like 54.000.000 for many, many keywords, but what do I know. There are a lot more people on here that know way more than me. I will be contacting you guys..thanks!
